Professional consultation:

During the initial stages of an irrigation project, many questions may arise, and we are well-equipped to assist you. Whether through phone consultations or in-person meetings at our office in Bulgaria. Additionally, we organize excursions to production sites and agricultural farms where our equipment is already in operation, providing firsthand experience of our systems in action.

Specialist’s study of field:

Before proceeding with an irrigation project, we begin by gathering preliminary information over the phone. Within 48-72 hours, our team of specialists visits the field to conduct a thorough assessment. They examine the field’s location, take measurements, and analyze the existing infrastructure, including water sources and their proximity to the farm. This on-site evaluation allows us to gather all the necessary data and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements.

Project Development:

The process of creating a detailed project budget typically ranges from 2 to 10 days, depending on the unique characteristics of each project. Our team of 3-7 individuals, is dedicated to developing the project and ensuring its accuracy. In cases where comprehensive support and permissions are required, we collaborate with licensed design institutes to provide the necessary expertise and assistance.

Production and delivery:

Upon receipt of the prepayment, the production process of 1-5 machines typically takes around two to three weeks on average. For larger orders, processing and manufacturing can be completed within a month. The specific production timeframe is influenced by the client’s individual plans, whether it involves a one-time delivery or phased shipments.

Mounting and installation:

With our services, there’s no need for you to search for equipment and personnel. If your farm lacks the required infrastructure, we can handle it simultaneously with production. This includes tasks such as setting up or repairing the pumping station and laying pipelines, ensuring the necessary connections and infrastructure are in place.

Commissioning works:

The installation, configuration, and startup process for a single irrigation system typically takes around 3-4 days. Our team of specialized technicians, including both installation and electrical experts, will be present at your farm to ensure a comprehensive setup. Additionally, we offer an optional remote control system specifically designed for our irrigation systems, which can be seamlessly integrated during this stage.

Training

Before putting the equipment into operation, it is essential to provide training for farm employees, specifically the operators. This training typically lasts for 1-2 days and aims to ensure that operators are well-versed in the operation of the machinery. Following the training, operators will undergo an evaluation to assess their understanding and proficiency in operating the equipment effectively.

Service maintenance:

Our commitment extends beyond the sale of our products, as we offer both warranty and post-warranty services. We recognize the significance of promptly addressing any malfunctions, particularly during the critical farming season. To facilitate this, we maintain two warehouses in Eastern Europe, stocked with a diverse range of components. This enables us to swiftly deliver the necessary goods, ensuring minimal downtime for farmers.
